Refund Policy

1. Orders Processed Through Uber Eats

  • All orders placed on our website are fulfilled and delivered through Uber Eats.

  • If you experience any issues with your order (wrong items, missing items, late delivery, etc.), please contact Uber Eats customer support directly through the app or website.

  • Uber Eats handles refunds, adjustments, and cancellations for all orders.

2. Our Commitment

Even though Uber Eats processes your order, we still care deeply about your satisfaction. If you had a problem with the quality of your order, please:

  • Email us at info@malubakery.com

  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos if possible

We’ll review your feedback and work with Uber Eats if necessary to help resolve the situation.

3. No Direct Refunds

Malu Bakery does not process refunds directly. All refund requests must go through Uber Eats, as they handle payment processing and delivery.

4. Custom Orders & Special Requests

For custom cakes or bakery items ordered directly through us (not Uber Eats):

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup/delivery

  • Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
